DESCRIPTION.

The STACLOR is an organic salt, dissolved in certain solvents, decomposes releasing chloride, which is used as the sole surface treatment of certain rubbers in the shoe industry. This surface treatment is known as "halogenation".

APPLICATION.

In the shoe industry, the STACLOR used in the preparation of the solution for halogenating soles SBR synthetic rubbers to make them compatible with polyurethane adhesives.
Preparing a solution of 2-3% by weight STASOL 8402. Shake well until completely dissolved. Do not use containers, brushes or agitators with metal parts.
Apply with brush, speck or brush, in well ventilated, preferably with air extraction. This product is toxic and irritating to the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, so that appropriate measures should be taken in handling and application. (See Product Safety Data Sheet).

STORAGE.
Store in a cool, ventilated area away from sources of heat and electrical sparks in their original packaging. Under these conditions retains its properties for a maximum of 12 months.

This product is supplied in plastic containers of 500 grams.
