DESCRIPTION.
The STAPREN 4303 is a pressure sensitive adhesive, solvent based polychloroprene, commonly used in footwear, furniture, construction, etc.., As well as for gluing cardboard, leather, wood, cork, textiles and rubber. It has high initial and final resistance, medium open time and does not need activation before bonding the materials to be bonded.

TECHNICAL.

APPLICATION.
The STAPREN 4303 can be applied by brush, brush or roller. The materials to be bonded must be subjected to surface treatments that ensure cleanliness and porosity. 4303 STAPREN applied to both surfaces to be joined, the indicated time being allowed to dry and then join them together and press them to a minimum pressure of 2 kg/cm2 depending upon the nature and characteristics of the materials. In porous materials, apply two coats of adhesive, with intermediate drying time of at least 15 minutes.
If you override the open time, you can reactivate the adhesive on the two surfaces, subjecting them to the temperature indicated above or by applying solvent STASOL 8401.
Maximum strength is achieved approximately 72 hours after the union made.

STORAGE.
Store in a cool, ventilated area away from sources of heat and electrical sparks. Under these conditions retains its properties for a maximum of 12 months. This product is flammable. (See Product Safety Data Sheet).

PACKAGING.
This product is supplied in bottles in 1, 5, 10, 20 and 200 liters.
