DESCRIPTION.
The STAPREN 4375 is an adhesive based on polychloroprene solvent commonly used in footwear, furniture, construction, etc.., As well as for gluing cardboard, leather, wood, cork, textiles and rubber. It has high initial and final resistance, medium open time and does not need activation before bonding the materials to be bonded.
The STAPREN 4375 can be used as an adhesive for bonding and bonding material bundles cut to the floor, in the manufacture of footwear vulcanized by adding special DISSOLUTION 2K prepared at a ratio of 5%, which gives the adequate strength adhesive curing conditions.

APPLICATION.
The STAPREN 4375 can be applied by brush, brush or roller. The materials to be bonded must be subjected to surface treatments that ensure cleanliness and porosity. 4375 STAPREN applied to both surfaces to be joined, the indicated time being allowed to dry and then join them together and press them to a minimum pressure of 2 kg/cm2 depending upon the nature and characteristics of the materials. In porous materials, apply two coats of adhesive, with intermediate drying time of at least 15 minutes.
The STAPREN 4375 can be used as two component adhesive by the addition of 3-5% of isocyanate-based crosslinking agents (such Desmodur of Bayer). Also can be used as an adhesive for vulcanized adding SOLUTION 5% 2K..
STORAGE.
Store in a cool, ventilated area away from sources of heat and electrical sparks. Under these conditions retains its properties for a maximum of six months. This product is flammable. (See Product Safety Data Sheet).
