DESCRIPTION.
The 5307 STAPUR polyurethane adhesive is a solvent based, specially formulated for use in the shoe industry and leather goods.
Has the property of having more open time at room temperature bonding that conventional polyurethane adhesives.
This product is especially recommended for use in joints where you cannot turn heat or where it can be activated effectively.

APPLICATION.
LThe materials to be bonded must be subjected to surface treatments that ensure its cleanliness, porosity and compatibility with the adhesive.
The STAPUR 5307 can be used as mono or bicomponent. If desired maximum resistance to heat and humidity, should be added 3-5% of the isocyanate type crosslinking agent (Desmodur, Bayer).
LApplication will be made on the two surfaces to be joined. Once dried the product will proceed to the junction of the two surfaces to then proceed to the pressing, the bonding time is at least 10 seconds at a minimum 2 Kg/cm2 pressure depending on the nature and characteristics of the materials.
Maximum strength is achieved approximately 72 hours after the union made.
STORAGE.
Store in a cool, ventilated area away from sources of heat and electrical sparks. Under these conditions retains its properties for a maximum of 12 months.

PACKAGING.
This product is supplied in bottles in 1, 5, 10, 20 and 200 liters.
