DESCRIPTION.
The 5315 STAPUR polyurethane adhesive is a solvent based two component, specially formulated for bonding PVC soles, polyurethane, vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, EVA, leather, etc., To cut materials such as leather or instep , plastics, textiles, etc.. Especially suitable for oily skins, adding the crosslinker type Desmodur.
This product is made for cases where it is desired to achieve high resistance to heat and moisture, in addition to high initial resistance to very resistant footwear it has high hot tacke.

TECHNICAL.

APPLICATION.
The materials to be bonded must be subjected to surface treatments that ensure its cleanliness, porosity and compatibility with the adhesive.  
Add 3-5% of isocyanates (Desmodur type) and shake vigorously until homogeneous. Applied to both surfaces to be joined. Once dried, they proceed to the activation of the adhesive layer of the two surfaces, at the indicated temperature, being pressed Immediately after activation, at a pressure which depends on the nature and characteristics of the materials.
A fur with high contents of fat, first apply a layer 5303 containing 5% STAPUR isocyanate (Desmodur type), with intermediate drying time of at least 15 minutes.
        Maximum strength is achieved approximately 72 hours after the union made.

STORAGE.
112 months in a cool, ventilated area away from sources of heat and electrical sparks.

PACKAGING.
This product is supplied in bottles in 1, 5, 10, 20 and 200 liters.
